The Garmin Fenix 6 Pro has had a major price cut ahead of Black Friday.
It’s at its lowest price ever on Amazon, with a price tag of $449, which is a discount of $200 on the MSRP.
And a check of Keepa shows that while the Fenix 6 Pro did briefly dip to $549 in September 2021, the current deal price is its lowest in history.
The Garmin Fenix is the pinnacle of the Garmin sports watch range, with big battery life, advanced sensors and metrics, as well as TOPO mapping and 100m water resistance.
The Pro version also adds music storage on the wrist – and Garmin smartwatches are compatible with Spotify, and you can off-line sync playlists to listen to without your phone being nearby.
But there’s little surprise the Garmin Fenix 6 Pro is the subject of big discounts.
The big price tag means that many people wait for the deals season to buy – and the watch looks like it will be replaced by the Garmin Fenix 7 before long. The Fenix 6 was launched back in 2020, and we didn’t see a replacement this year.
Speculation is rife that a new version will add an AMOLED display – which means the Fenix 6 Pro could benefit from longer battery life than a potential successor.
But that's just hot air – for now the Fenix 6 Pro is our favorite Garmin sports watch and it’s at its lowest ever price.
