Apple is marking International Women’s Day with a dedicated Apple Watch challenge.
The big day is 8 March 2023, and anyone that completes a 20-minute workout that day will earn the award for their collection. Some of the badges can be quite tough to achieve, such as closing your rings for an entire day.
While 20 minutes of exercise can be quite tough for some, the IWD badge can be achieved by any workout type – so even a walk will earn it.
And should you earn the badge, you will unlock IWD stickers to be used in the Messages app (look in the app under the Fitness tab).
Apple has a busy collection of Awards for a variety of fitness goals, which can be viewed in the Fitness app.

But Apple keeps us interested by dropping new versions for special days within the year. That included Black History Month and Heart Month in February. It's not the first time it's run an IWD badge, and has done so since 2019.
