It's much rumoured that LG will be announcing a new Android Wear smartwatch to follow-up the G Watch that went on sale back in June – and if this teaser trailer is anything to go by we could have a new king of the smartwatch castle.
The screen-grab above indicates a round smartwatch for the Korean company’s second bite of the Android Wear cherry – a device that would directly compete with the Moto 360.

The new LG smartwatch, purportedly called the LG G Watch R, is expected to be officially unveiled at IFA at the beginning of September. The giant German expo is set to be the launchpad of a number of new wearables – Samsung, Sony and Asus are all expected to be taking the covers off of their latest devices as well.
While there are no concrete details on the G Watch R as yet, we’re massively excited about its potential.

If the newcomer is as slick as the promo video renders make out, the Moto 360 may already be playing second fiddle in the style-stakes.
