Apple Watch model and strap sizes:

Since the original Apple Watch, the clasp and mechanism for adding and replacing straps have remained the same.

The only thing to bear in mind is that Apple changed the size of the Apple Watch Series 7 and Series 8 to 41mm and 45mm. However, older band sizes (40mm and 44mm) will fit the watch perfectly.

And if you've bought a new Apple Watch Ultra, that uses a 49mm strap. However, 44mm/45mm straps will fit imperfectly.
